Refund Policy

All payments made to Sovran Healing are final. Under special circumstances, if Sovran Healing owes you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue a refund after our billing department has verified the overpayment. Provided there are no other balances owed, we will credit your credit card or send you a check, depending on how you made your initial payment. Please contact us with any questions.
